I'd say Rex Grossman, because he failed to score a TD against the sorry Cardinal defense.

I think that Mark Brunell is the worst. JP has to improve but he is not a bad QB.

^those people mentioned had team issues (I guess mcnair's would be a lack of an explosive recieving core --plus he got hurt)
